Friday Night Stuff - Back to School Bash
All YG kids and families are welcome to join us for the first annual Germantown Back-to-School Bash, hosted by Adam and Mary Katherine Stewart. More info to come!

Dinner and Devo
The youth group will get together after worship on the first Sunday evening of every month and spend time sharing a meal in a church member’s home and then participate in a devotional.

On the first Wednesday of every month, the youth group will go to a different place to simply hang out. Whether this be Sonic, Baskin-Robbins, or somewhere else. The bus will not run to this event; students must find a ride to and from the location.

Bible 101
All 7-12 graders are invited to meet at 5 PM in room 127 for an old-fashioned Bible Study. We will cover a wide range of topics during these studies and try to make these relevant for all age levels. At 6 PM, we will eat together (at the Wednesday night meal) and then attend the Wednesday evening services and class that night.

Youth Led Wednesday
Every second Wednesday night of the month, the young men of the youth group will lead the devotional thought in the auditorium before Bible class. A young man will lead singing, another speak, and another pray.

Youth Group Area Wide Worship
All 7-12 graders are invited to an area wide worship service at Great Oaks Church of Christ.

All 7-12 graders are invited to meet at 5 PM in room 127 for an old-fashioned Bible Study. We will cover a wide range of topics during these studies and try to make these relevant for all age levels. At 6 PM, we will eat together (at the Wednesday night meal) and then attend the Wednesday evening services and class that night.

WAG
Wednesdays At Germantown are activities that will take place at the Germantown church of Christ building on Wednesdays. The purpose of WAG is to spend time in fellowship and build relationships with our Christian family. During the school year, WAGs will (usually) be the last Wednesday of every month.

Our theme this year is Taste and See.
We also will have an adult class taught by Evertt Huffard entitled, “Genesis of the Middle East Conflict.” It will be held each of the first four VBS sessions.

Ultimate Youth Rally
There is no better way to celebrate the start of summer than to join us at Germantown Church of Christ for our thirteenth ever ULTIMATE YOUTH RALLY!!! Each year, teens from around the Mid-South gather during the Memorial Day weekend! It’s a weekend experience filled with challenging lessons, uplifting worship and opportunities to connect with new friends. It is a spiritually focused weekend that challenges teens and promotes self-reflection. Ultimate is about God and His ultimate purpose for us. We are VERY excited about ULTIMATE!
Cost for the weekend:
o Teens & College Students - $35 registration fee per teen due by May 16th.
o Adult Chaperones are free.
o Included in registration: T-shirt (registration must be received by May 16th to guarantee a shirt), dinner on Friday night, 3 meals on Saturday, left over breakfast and lunch on Sunday (if you stay), housing in members homes (if needed & available), individual medals for top 3 teams for Ultimate Frisbee & Volleyball tournaments, and an opportunity to grow closer to God and other Christians.
Housing – Housing will be provided in Germantown member’s homes if needed and as available. Deadline to register for housing is May 10th.

Our young men, who have been preparing for this year’s Lads to Leaders convention, will be leading our evening worship service.

Makin' Music Weekend
Buses will leave the church building at 5:30PM on Friday, April 11 and will be driving to Freed-Hardeman University for Makin’ Music Weekend.
